Job Summary of Service Shift Manager:

Our Service Shift Manager are stationed in the meat pit, where they supervise the day-to-day operations of our establishments. They work alongside the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth progress of each shift. Additionally, they aid team members in refining their skills through training initiatives. The capability to provide exceptional customer service is critical in maintaining customer loyalty.

Requirements of Service Shift Manager:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
• Candidates must exhibit strong communication proficiency and the capability to juggle multiple tasks competently
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost containment, and cash management is a prerequisite for the position.
